Dr. Minster does not listen to either her patients or their parents. She seems to have a pre-conceived diagnosis before ...she even begins the examination. She is very brusque and reprimands you if disagree with anything she says. In our visit, she would not allow us to provide details related to the problems my daughter was having. Rather, she had a fixed list of questions and did not stray from that list. more details
