Terrible office staff and she tolerates it. She walked into exam room asking "why are you here" because YOU said every ...6 mo. visits. Did not even review chart before coming into room. Got all confused with my records. Last visit had a conference call set up and she didn't even bother to tell us she wasn't even in the state---slupped us off to PA. more details
