I have seen Dr Copeland for a few years;she has helped me through a tremendous amount...staggering depression and panic ...attacks, work stress...all this while tackling family of origin issues and helping me have better boundaries with others so that I can not only take better care of myself, but love myself more and others more! If you want to improve yourself or just need extra support or guidance, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Copeland for her skill, empathy and knowledge! more details
