Dr. Angela A Carollo, MD
We were never fully impressed with Dr Carollo, but after we moved to North DFW, we decided to stay with Dr. Carollo. After appointments and concerns throughout pregnancy about Chrohn’s, delivery, and breastfeeding, we were finally told that we should not be taking Lialda while breastfeeding. We have been breastfeeding for a week! How did this not come up prior? It only came up after WE called to follow up with anything we need to watch out for post-partum.
Needless to say we will be finding a new Gastro closer to home.
I received a timely response to my questions and concerns.
I got an appointment when I needed one.
They kept things moving and on time during my visit.
Knowledge and Skill:*
I received a thorough evaluation.
I received a correct diagnosis and up-to-date treatment.
I was given specific advice on lifestyle changes I can make to improve my health.
Shared Decision Making and Communication:*
I was given the medical information I needed in an understandable way.
The provider really listened, gave me the time I needed, and put me at ease.
We discussed treatment options and choices I have.
The provider addressed traditional and alternative medicine treatment options in an open-minded way.
