Evasive – Dr. Dvoskin,when assigned to evaluate a custody case failed to interview all appropriate persons. She had to... be told to do so by the court. The court told her that she must complete assignments since she agreed to be contracted by the court. She was removed from the case by the court, once she said she was unable to be impartial. more details
