I'm not entirely sure where to start with these people at this office but it you have any choice at all in who you see f...or an allergist or internist...DO NOT GO HERE. Do not see this doctor and do not deal with his staff, especially Sue or Robin. They are so inconsiderate that I am still shocked they are in business. I was unable to make the appointment I had scheduled for a Monday morning because I had a family member who passed away and their funeral ended up being on the day of my appointment. I called the Friday before and cancelled saying I would reschedule as soon as I could. Monday morning rolls around and the office calls me to tell me that Dr. Weiss wanted them to let me know that next time I make an appointment I better be sure I could make it due to their waitlist. EXCUSE ME?! They obviously had no idea why I cancelled and literally took time out of their day to call and tell me off about cancelling my appointment, even with the advance notice I had given them. I told them that I really didn't care what their reasoning behind calling me was, that it was unacceptable and the woman (Robin) hung up on me because she didn't like my word choice! A doctor's office hung up on a potential patient! I cannot believe this lack of respect. As far as I know, doctor's offer their services to patients. Therefore it has to work for the PATIENT'S schedule. But apparently Dr. Weiss and his staff are only out for what is best for themselves. As I said before, if given a choice...DO NOT PICK THIS DOCTOR OR THIS OFFICE. more details
