Dr. Zigman is an great doctor that I had seen many times in the past. Having recently moved back to the area I went to s...ee him again.as well as scheduling appointments for my family. What was not normal, I experienced close to an hour wait time, the staff was also rude to me. One particular pair of eyeglasses I liked and asked whom the maker of the frames where, I was told "they would not write down the Frame or the Manufacture, only on my chart". I paid for my office visit, but was not given a copy of my prescription...I almost go to my car and I turned around to go back to the office to get the Script. I was told to sit down and wait as the Dr. was busy. I waited an additional 15mins when Dr. Schwartz came to the front of the waiting room, I asked him if he would look at my file and sign the script. I told him, that his staff was rude to me...he said " no they were not." I told him yes they were and I can clearly see where this is going, so I will now cancel my wife, son and daughters appointments.
