Very unprofessional. Called CPS on me as a negligent parent before ever speaking to me all because it took an hour and h...alf to get my daughter from my home on the other side of town and into the emergency room and because I have been trying to make a much needed appointment with her clinic specially for children (never even met this DR. she was on call) for MONTHS and it resulted in my prescription running out. She put the blame on the social worker (CPS told me it was her and apologized for the DR. jumping the gun after speaking with the clinic and verifying they indeed are unable to schedule appointments). She should have been more worried about getting my daughter the care she needed and accepted that her practice's front desk is irresponsible with patients lives! more details
