I traveled across the US to see this specialist. Before surgery, he was a bit more engaged and acted like he was totally... there for me through this entire process, but after surgery it seems he washes his hands of you. I am so disappointed. I feel he doesn't even evaluate his patients, did not do any type of physical exam, and is terrible at answering questions. He promises to follow up with emails, yet my questions are either ignored or I get a two line, non direct response. I have some significant post operative issues from a surgery he did but get no guidance or help with them. It is anxiety provoking and disheartening. He never remembers me or my case and honestly I wonder if my diagnosis was correct in the first place after researching it more on my own. I was far more hopeful with this choice, and I wish I would have chosen elsewhere. more details
