I tracked Dr. Patel down after she left Middletown, family Care. She saved my life not once but twice. She is so compass...ionate and caring. My diabetes was out of control because of her I am on the right track. She is amazing!!! more details

I absolutely adore Dr. Patel. She is compassionate, a listener and a doer. She is a wonderful doctor and I would recom...mend her to anyone who has diabetes. more details

One of the best doctors I've had in my 62 yrs. of existence. She is compassionate and very through. Always takes the tim...e to explain test results. She recently left Middletown Family Care and I could not get any forwarding info from them as to where she went. After 2 months of searching, I was able to locate her and set up an appointment.

If anyone else is searching for her... here is her new location:
