Dr Erhart lacks empathetic bedside mannerisms and treats her patients with very little care. Her front desk office staff... is rude, curt, and unfriendly to the patients and parents of the patients. We heard many a conversation about clothes and weekend activities - but very little professionalism was shown. Dr. Erhart told a young female patient that she needed to 'stop thinking' about the pain and it would get better. What kind of doctor does that, especially with a young female patient? We are seeking another doctor's opinion and intend on taking her practices and bedside manner further in lodging complaints and concerns. We hope to never see another patient have to endure what she put my 14 year old through. more details
