Dr Rifai preformed surgery on my daughter 25 years ago when she was only 5 months old. She had Hydrocephalus after havin...g meningitis. She never had any problems with her shunt except one time it drained to fast and another the tubing was short and she needed it replaced.

Well 25 years to the DAY he replaced it. God blessed us again with his great spirit and his knowledge. We would highly recommend Dr. Rifai. more details
