this doctor is very un ethical and lies she is the employers doctor not the patient and she will do everything the emplo...yers asks even lie and change records. She is very dishonest and should not be able to practice and she has told me that she did not want to release me but she is being forced to and she also will falsify work restriction so you can be fired or released more details
