I felt that Dr. Alexandria did not care about my best interest but allowed her own personal values to rule over her medi...cal judgement. She would cast a judgement on my decisions in my personal life which I felt had no place in a medical office. She would often tell me that I need this or that kind of natural medicine then have her front desk attendants (who never look you in the eye and are very impersonal) put it down on the billing form, get it from the drawer and then I'm left thinking...wait...we never discussed this or how much it would cost. I once had a simple pap smear which is around $150 turn into a $300 bill!! Another thing is that she charges for phone consults. I really do not think this is fair especially when it is for advice for something previously talked about that she glossed over. Pretty soon you'd be getting a bill in the mail when you didn't expect it. And if you call to talk about your bill, she just tells you to "find your care elsewhere" without reasoning. After she told me that I should rethink my choice of who I choose to be with in relationship, I had enough.
