She was rude, cold, uncaring, condescending, inaccurate in many statements, which felt like an intentional attempt to pa...ss the buck and/or insult my intelligence.

She smirked the entire time I was there, from greeting me, to reviewing my labs, to then refusing to do any tests, refer me to someone else, to offer suggestions when I pleaded with her for them, and so on.

To know she works with terminally ill patients (which I am not, thank God) makes me want to cry.

Patients deserve far more compassion and care than you will ever receive from this lady. more details
