  • Worst surgical experience of my life. Had no bedside manner to speak of and treats you as if you are a complete idiot. Botched Surgery, condition worse than before surgery. Horrible! Would not recommend to ANYONE.

  • I am disappointed I chose this doctor to treat my child. He provides little to no follow up care. In the past four months, he has cancelled appointments four times (I'm told by the office staff he is "out of town/out of the office"). We have to wait a month for the rescheduled appointment which he ultimately cancels. This lack of follow up care has left my family feeling alone and helpless. I should have fired this doctor sooner.   • I saw Dr Barthouse to have fillers and he claimed he was very good at it but afterwards I quickly learned the opposite. I was concerned immediately after he did the injections with the angle of the track marks caused by his injections and the fact that it was lumpy and in the wrong places but he told me that sometimes it can take longer for the fillers to settle into place and to just keep massaging them.   • Office wait time was exceptional and medical assistants were always very nice and welcoming. The nurse, who I believe is the doctor's wife, was very rude, both to her staff and myself. Dr. Boonkham seems to be a very knowledgeable physician, but he interrupts constantly and although the waiting room time was exceptionally fast, the time I spent in the exam room was ridiculous. Much of my time was spent on repetitive exams that were repeated by the assistant, the nurse, and the doctor. Same quest...
