I got a physical and TB test done here. Dr. Okpara explained my results tersely and said to return on Sat. or Mon. and m...y forms will be ready for pickup. I called before I came at the promised time, waited for over and hour, and finally saw him. He said to come back tomorrow morning for my forms. When I reminded him that he told me to come that day to pick it up, he shrugged and said he would have to fill in some info in my chart and seal it.
I called Tuesday morning to confirm my arrival. I came, signed in, and waited over half an hour only to find my name was crossed off the list and three people after me saw him before I did. I asked the secretary when I would be called and she let me in to see Dr. Okpara next. My sex on the lab form was listed as male even though I am actually female. He signed and sealed my papers.
I turned in my forms to my school department only to be informed that Dr.O. neglected to put a date on one of my forms & I'll have to visit him a FIFTH time to get this done right!
It will be my FIFTH and hopefully LAST to this place. Such time-wasting and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. If you have no insurance and can find somewhere else to go that is more efficient, effective, and professional, then I strongly urge you to take your business elsewhere. more details
