Office wait time was exceptional and medical assistants were always very nice and welcoming. The nurse, who I believe is... the doctor's wife, was very rude, both to her staff and myself. Dr. Boonkham seems to be a very knowledgeable physician, but he interrupts constantly and although the waiting room time was exceptionally fast, the time I spent in the exam room was ridiculous. Much of my time was spent on repetitive exams that were repeated by the assistant, the nurse, and the doctor. Same questions over and over, etc. My exam room door was left open during my entire exam on several occasions. The staff would close it and the doctor would open it back up. It was very inconsiderate, much like the interrupting. He was also rude to his staff in front of patients. It was overall an uncomfortable environment. more details
