I had several problems making appointments and left a message when I was in pain and was told Dr. Ruffo would call me ba...ck. He never did. I also felt he was very dismissive of my symptoms and concerns. I saw another Dr. Who immediately diagnosed my problem and gave me medication and advice on home remedies and felt better after 1 week. I had been going to Dr. Ruffo for months, had many difficult tests done but he failed to properly diagnose my problem. more details
