I got an appointment when I needed one.
They kept things moving and on time during my visit.
I received a correct diagnosis and up-to-date treatment.
I was given specific advice on lifestyle changes I can make to improve my health.
The provider really listened, gave me the time I needed, and put me at ease.
We discussed treatment options and choices I have.
The provider addressed traditional and alternative medicine treatment options in an open-minded way.

Its really scary to me that this "Doctor" actually treats children and teens. I went to him as a adult. Because on his ...site he states he treats adults too and that he also does therapy. That is not what he said when I got there.
There are psychiatrists that do therapy and I like having my psychiatrist and therapist be the same person.
However this doctor lacked total empathy. He had the personality of a rock. I told him I had problems with meds in the past because I was very sensitive to meds. Obviously meaning I hardly tolerate side effects at all. I have been treated by very good odcs in the past and we found out to be true that I tend to tolerate only some meds.
This doc did not believe me.
This doc did not seem to be very communicative or express himself very well. Not even amicable. How can he treat children?
I highly recommend two books for anyone taking children to these un-empathetic docs. "The Boy Who Was Raised As A Dog" by Bruce Perry. "Born for love" (about empathy) by Bruce Perry PHD and "Trauma and Recovery" by Judith Herman. Do not put your children at the hands of brutal docs like him. He was particularly COLD... more details
