I have seen Dr Dirks several times including a Cervical Spine fusion and cage. I will recommend him to anyone. His carin...g and bedside manner is great and he explains things that a layman can understand. Good Job!!

I have had back problems the majority of my life, it landed me in the hospital a couple weeks ago, and I called to get t...he results of the MRI i took, and they called me back and REFUSED to give me the results even tho the doctor already reviewed them, forcing me to go and get the results from the hospital. Then I called them back about the appointment i had made and the woman at the front was EXTREMELY rude, i have never been treated like that by a doctors office in my life. People go to doctors because something wrong, and to get a really bad attitude from someone who is suppose to treat patients with respect is outrageous, and to TOP IT OFF the woman HUNG UP ON ME, ON PURPOSE. I would not recommend this doctor to ANYONE, I heard bad things about them, but I didnt want to believe it til i got the treatment first hand. HORRIBLE, and now im stuck in pain until I can get in to another neurosurgeon. VERY RUDE PEOPLE, DISRESPECTFUL, I WOULD NOT recommend anyone become a patient of this doctor. more details
