Dr. Kaplan explained everything and answered all my questions. His staff took care of the insurance. My surgery was easy... because of the staff. I was In great pain from cervical herniated disc. I woke in recovery feeling better! I recommend Dr. Kaplan to everyone. I am 3 days post surgery and amazed how great I feel. more details
