PATIENT BEWARE This Dr was seeing my child for almost 7 months. During this time she was RUDE unorganized took personal ...cell phone calls at her desk, forgot what she perscribed my child and on two occassions had to call the pharmacy just to get the RX order.

The star wthat broke the camels back was when my child was experiecing suicidal thoughts we immediatley called her cell and her office with NO RETURN CALLS.
Our other Dr. called her and didn't get a call back either. We were able to get an emercency physciatrist from our insurnace and we are so happy. what an altogether different experience.

I later found out through another RN who was doing some training at the Sharp Mesa Vista sID THAT SHE HAD TO FILE A COMPLAINT AGINST dR. aNNA cARILLO FOR THE SAME THING . sHE Called her personal cell number and the hospital number and had her paged none of those calls returned and as a licnsed employee it is her job to report these Dr's so they don't loose thier license. I was appaulled to hear what we just expeirenced happen at the hospital as well but this time the RN filed the complaint. The other bad part to all this is it is reviewed by the chief of staff who has done absolutely nothing. what is this saying about the very hospitals that try to help our children or adult with mental illness? Our insurance pays these Dr's for what? I am outraged by this development and how these hospitals let the Dr's get away with this behavior. where is the accountability. more details
