If you have to call the office for anything from scheduling procedures, prescriptions, or insurance questions you might ...as well forget it. You will be holding for 20 minutes and they are not accommodating at all, you will have to do all your own legwork. I’ve seen the same doctors for years, he will not be one of them due to his staff which is unfortunate. more details
