I have went to this office for 16 years. They have changed their front staff and she is very very slow and not very know...ledgeable. If I go for an appointment the whole process takes a hour. That is way too long. I really miss Dr. Shah. The other doctors are wonderful but the front desk lady is the first person you see and talk to. To me that makes or breaks me wanting to go. I also do not want to know I am going to be there a hour or more for one appointment. more details
