Went to Dr Gallerani for a Face and Necklift. I choose him because he did the procedure under local. I was too afraid of... general anesthesia. This was a good decision for me. I did not have any pain or discomfort. The worst thing was wearing the bandage for the first few days because it was snug. My results are beautiful I look 15 years younger and everyone that I know or meet can not tell I had a do over. Dr Gallerani you have hands of gold and platinum! You are an unusually kind doctor. Thank you for explaining everything to me in a way I understood and I am so happy . This has lifted my spirits tremendously.
