Utley was absolutely awful and unprofessional. Lied about information, falsified records, refused to release documents...... Currently being investigated by her licensing board for misconduct for several people. Someone below claimed that the negative reviews are due to things not going our way? Well, when someone promises to contact (via email) specific people and does not, writes a report with multiple errors including the date as verified by two other psychologists (both with excellent reviews who reviewed her reports and found incompetence and bias) and an attorney, and then promises to release records to other practitioners and then refuses to send those records that a patient is entitled to under law, it's more than "not going our way". She is unethical, she partners with attorneys to write a report that they want so that they continue to send her referrals for her $1500 for 4 hours of assessment. She has multiple complaints in Kansas and the investigation by the licensing board has been ongoing for over 5 months with people waiting for completion in order to file lawsuit. BAD, BAD, BAD person.

Not really knowledgable in treating depression, anxiety, panic. Unprofessional and unethical. Sides with physical, psych...ological, and sexual abusers due to blaming victim and not being up to date on how victims score on her psychological tests. Try someone else! more details
