This review is for their new, additional 2nd location, in Schaumburg at 2201 W. Schaumburg Rd. Such a nice experience here today, with appointments for both myself and my 13 year old Daughter! The office is immaculately clean, and everyone there is so well-organized. The Receptionist/Clerk at the front desk took care of our insurance immediately, and very efficiently.
The Medical Assistant, Anthony, is very friendly and professional, taking our vital, and making sure our medical information is up to date in the computer system.
Doctor Hameeduddin is as always, very thorough, very kind, very professional, and a great listener.
Sarah, the Office Manager, is one of the nicest people you will ever meet, and is also always helpful with any questions you may have.
We have been patients of Doctor Hameeduddin for a number of years, and have always been very pleased having her as our doctor.
I'm so glad that we now have the option to go to this additional location as well as the Hoffman Estates location! more details
