A snake oil salesman complete with actual home cooked snake oil. He kept me waiting over two hours, barely looked at my... the rash I'd come in with, didn't examine the rest of my body at all and then tried to "give" me his homemade miracle skin cream, without telling me that I would have to pay for it. more details
